Homes on a weekly route
Front and back, gates closed behind us. Priced on the sheet by lot size, with add-ons for hedges, beds and the occasional overgrown first cut.
Lawn care, greater Baton Rouge
Straight stripes, clean edges and the gate closed behind us. Priced by the size of the lot, booked for a day that is actually open.
Chapter 01Straight off the page
Every frame here comes from Victor's own Facebook page: stripes, hedges, beds, a pallet of sod and a pile of leaves. One of them is still moving.

Victor's Lawn Care on FacebookChapter 02The rate sheet
Six services priced by the size of the lot, so you can see a number before you send the address. These are greater Baton Rouge estimates; the firm number comes after we see the yard.
City lot on the left, quarter to half acre in the middle, half to one acre on the right. Over an acre is quoted. Every service is booked from the calendar in chapter five, which already knows how long each one takes.
First visit
These are greater Baton Rouge estimates, not Victor's posted prices.
Chapter 03One crew, every kind of yard
Most of the week is homes on a route. The rest is office lots, church grounds and the big places out past the subdivision, with the same mowers and the same standard.

Front and back, gates closed behind us. Priced on the sheet by lot size, with add-ons for hedges, beds and the occasional overgrown first cut.

Office lots, church grounds, rental properties and common areas on a set schedule. Quoted per property after we walk it.

Over an acre, the field behind the house, the lot you bought for the view. The zero-turns are built for it. Quoted after a look, then scheduled like any other cut.
On the trailer: zero-turn and stand-on mowers, a stand-on aerator, string trimmers, and a dump trailer for the leaves and trimmings.
Chapter 04What every visit includes
Reviews take a season to earn. The standard does not, so here it is in writing: six things you can check from the driveway after every cut.
Chapter 05Three steps, one job sheet
Tell us about the yard, then pick the work and a day that is genuinely open. Victor's gets one complete job sheet instead of a thread of questions.
Two arrival blocks a day, Monday to Saturday. A bed refresh or a seasonal cleanup takes the whole day, so the calendar only offers days where both blocks are free.
